The hit HBO series that Sarah Jessica Parker into stardom that has spawned a movie, now has a sequel. The story of four great friends played by Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon. The men in their on-screen life will agian be played by Chris Noth as Mr. Big, David Eigenberg as Steve, Evan Handler as Harry, Jason Lewis as Smith, Mario Cantone as Anthony and Willie Garson as Stanford Blatch.

Personally, the Sex and the City movie and its upcoming sequel could have been much better if it was made 10 years ago, during SJP and her posse’s prime. There is no fun watching fifty-somethings in their Blahniks.

The film is set for a June 2010 release.
